Shipping and returns
Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard US Shipping: 3–6 business days

Express Shipping (Optional): 1–2 business days

International Shipping: 7–14 business days (subject to customs)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. If you didn’t get it, check your spam or contact us at support@zemedlabs.com.
Note: We currently ship to most countries. If you're unsure about delivery to your region, reach out before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
At Zemed, we stand by our formulas. But we also understand that not every product fits every body.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Return Conditions:

Product must be unopened, in original condition and packaging

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Customer is responsible for return shipping
To request a return, email us at returns@zemedlabs.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return, due to the nature of ingestible supplements.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? That’s on us.
Email support@zemedlabs.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Attach clear photos and your order number — we’ll sort it fast.
